Nestled in New York's scenic Hudson Valley approximately 70 miles north of New York City, Bob Moore Construction built this warehouse facility to the stringent requirement of the tenant, IBM. While the setting is rustic, the Wappinger, NY warehouse is extremely advanced. The environment for this facility is highly controlled with insulated sandwich panels used during wall construction. A super-flat floor was a must for the fully automated picking system used to retrieve IBM's computer components in the warehouse.
Typical of our repeat business performance, this was the second facility built for McCollister by Bob Moore Construction, Inc. Over half of the Arlington, Texas general contractor's business comes from existing clients.
