office building / distribution center consolidated several local warehouses and
administrative locations into one large, efficient operation for MJ Designs. Located
in Coppell, Texas (just outside the city of Dallas), this distribution center
serves the entire eastern seaboard as well as the southeast and southwest portions
of the United States.
The 56,000 SF, two story office is air conditioned by a state-of-the-art underground ice storage system. The ice is made at night using low off-peak electrical rates, thereby cooling the building economically during the Texas summer days.
