The first level of the retail store's sales floor is filled with MotorClothes® apparel and general merchandise, genuine Harley-Davidson accessories and parts, select aftermarket accessories, and new and pre-owned motorcycles. Also on the first floor is a service department for Harley-Davidson® and Buell® motorcycles that is supported with a computerized parts and inventory warehouse. The second floor is called H.O.G Haven; it is a relaxation area with a pool table, couches and a big-screen television where customers can wait while their bike is being serviced.
