Moore Construction was the general contractor for this two story, multi-use office
facility, built immediately adjacent to the American Airlines Corporate Headquarters
campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The facility was built to house flight simulators
for pilot training. Due to critical deadline commitments made by American Airlines,
both to their own forces and to other airlines, the facility had to be completed
on a fast track basis. The project was completed ahead of schedule and all commitments
were met.
The building consists of a pleasing blend of concrete tiltwall panels as well as glass storefronts and curtainwalls.
DFW International Airport is American Airlines' greatest hub. Organized in 1926, American Airlines has aggressively expanded into a high profile major air carrier, outdistancing competitors in an extremely competitive industry.
When timing is crucial, the Fast Track method of construction is an excellent solution. In addition to American Airlines, BOB MOORE CONSTRUCTION has successfully worked with other large corporations in this format.
