When Haggar Clothing Company decided to consolidate several warehouses into one state-of-the-art distribution center, they chose Fort Worth, Texas and they chose Bob Moore Construction as their general contractor and construction manager.
This North Texas distribution center includes a 308,000 SF, two level conveyor/sorter system directing goods both domestically and internationally. It features a 32,000 square foot two-story office. The entire 665,000 SF building is 36' clear height and fully air conditioned. The distribution center is protected with 4-hour MFL walls and ESFR fire sprinkler system. The floor flatness of the distribution center in VNA rack areas is in excess of 100 FF and 100 FL.
