Mercantile Center expanded its speculative space offerings with two new distribution centers, Mercantile Distribution Centers 38 and 39. Bob Moore Construction was general contractor and Merriman Associates Architects, Inc. was the architect for the project.

Mercantile Distribution Center 38 is 180,000 SF SF and is designed to accomodate one to five tenants with separate entrances at the west corners and center. The warehouse space features a 28' clear height. The building includes skylights, fire protection equipment, exhaust fans and unit heaters. There are 41 9' x 10' truck bay doors to the warehouse space.

Mercantile Distribution Center 39 is 144,000 SF SF and is designed to accomodate one to four tenants with separate entrances at the west corners and center. The warehouse space features a 28' clear height. The building includes skylights, fire protection equipment, exhaust fans and unit heaters. The buildings were constructed with tilt-up construction. They feature extensive glass on the front walls and are finished with a textured pattern and two-tone gray paint with a white accent line to match the high-end design standards of Mercantile Center. The buildings share a large truck court, with firelanes and employee parking surrounding the building. Site improvements ncluded utilities, sidewalks and landscaping.

Mercantile Distribution Centers are the latest of 36 buildings and finish-outs Bob Moore Construction has successfully completed for Mercantile Partners in a relationship that has spanned a quarter century.
