When Miller Electric wanted to consolidate its Houston and Dallas facilities into a single distribution and training center for Texas and the surrounding states, they chose a 55,000 SF space in Seefried Properties' Riverpark 300 building in Fort Worth, Texas.
Riverpark 300 was built to accommodate up to four tenants with separate entrances at each of the building's corners. This building features 88 loading doors set up in cross-dock configuration and a 32' clear height ceiling. The Miller Electric Distribution / Training Center includes a large warehousing and distribution area with 18 loading doors. Also provided is management office space, an employee break room and an elaborate training facility.
Riverpark 300 is the second building Bob Moore Construction has built for Seefried Properties in Riverpark. The first was Riverpark 400 distribution center / call center which was finished out for Coaster Company of America.
