When
the Trane Company outgrew its facility in 2003, they turned to Bob Moore Construction
as their general contractor for a new facility that would meet the growing needs
of their warehouse, training, and administrative operations. The final result
was this 48,900 SF suite in Fort Worth, Texas. It features a custom-designed lobby
and reception area, an expansive customer learning center, and a large, fully
furnished employee/guest break area. The office and training centers are beautifully
finished in a modern design with the company's corporate colors. The suite includes
an interior fenced storage area and a four-door loading dock in its warehouse.
Between the office and warehouse areas is a large, state-of-the-art parts center.
The finish-out started on December 29, 2003 and was completed on February 27, 2004. The suite is part of Mercantile Building B. Bob Moore Construction built this 120,000 SF North Texas building, as well as the 190,000 square-foot Mercantile Building D in the same industrial park.
