Bob Moore Construction was the design / build contractor for the 125,000 addition to Iris-USA's warehouse / distribution center in Garland, Texas.
The new warehouse / distribution facility features a 40 foot clear warehouse space, ten new dock doors and a full complement of warehousing equipment. The addition is connected to the existing facility by way of three tie-ins cut into the shared wall. It was built using tilt-up construction, and was carefully finished on the exterior to match the existing building.
