Bob Moore Construction company was the design/build contractor for the Pueringer Multifoods' cold storage facility / distribution center / warehouse, a 45,000 SF building in Grand Prairie, Texas. As the second largest specialty food distribution service in the United States, Pueringer directs food to regional Mexican, Italian and Pizza restaurants. Texas was chosen as its well positioned base for serving a five-state area.
Within the concrete and glass walls of the new cold storage facility / distribution center / warehouse are the makings for Schlotzkys sandwiches as well as product for more than 500 other customers served by Pueringer Multifoods. The building features over 15,000 SF of freezer and cold storage space. The distribution center was built using tilt-up construction.
