booths and paint lines went through its third major expansion in only seven years.
As part of this expansion, they needed a larger, more modern building to accomodate
their fast growth.
Serving as general contractor for the project, Bob Moore Construction delivered a beautiful 131,000 SF tilt-up facility in Rockwall Technology Park, Rockwall, Texas, a city just east of Dallas.
With the new building, Col-Met's manufacturing space increased from 45,000 to 125,000 SF, housing two full-time production shifts. The new building includes 10,876 SF of office space for sales, operations and customer service. The entrance ways are finished in stainless steel, and the office and reception areas feature matching steel reveal throughout. The warehouse features 11 dock-high overhead doors, two grade-level overhead doors, and an exterior, fully enclosed staging yard.
Located on 8.5 acres, the property includes parking for 239 cars.
