Tilt-up construction has been a major component of Bob Moore Construction's philosophy of delivering quality buildings, on time and in budget, since the 1970s. As a leading general contractor and construction manager in Dallas, Ft. Worth, North Texas and across the United States, Bob Moore Construction is a member of the Tilt-up Concrete Association (TCA) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

The company has been a pioneer in tiltwall construction for over 30 years, with more than a half-century of experience in traditional construction and steel buildings. Over the years, the company has built several million square feet of quality buildings using tilt-up. Bob Moore Construction has used tiltwall construction for a wide range of applications, including office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers, call centers, manufacturing facilities and other commercial / industrial structures.

In 1997, the company's Vice President of Construction, Ed McGuire, became a founding member of the educational committee on Tilt-up Construction Certification. This committee represents a joint effort between the ACI and TCA to develop educational and testing resources for industry professionals. The committee's Tilt-up Supervisor Certification Program now provides training, testing and certification for qualified site supervisors around the country. As architects and builders become more educated on tilt-up construction, the organizations believe this certification will become a required qualification in many projects' specifications. Bob Moore Construction's ongoing participation in this important committee reflects the company's commitment to the continued growth in quality, safety, standardization and acceptance of tilt-up construction.
