Bob Moore Construction Breaks Ground on Longhorn Harley-Davidson Dealership in Grand Prairie, Texas

ARLINGTON,
TEXAS - January 23, 2007 - General Contractor Bob Moore Construction has broken
ground on a new retail store in Grand Prairie, Texas on behalf of Longhorn Harley-Davidson.
When complete, the two story building will serve as the new home for Longhorn Harley-Davidson's dealership. It will feature a showroom, offices, on-site service bays with a dynamometer calibration system, a mezzanine and a Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) Room. The design style will be prairie modern, with rough sawed wood and weathered corrugated metal interior and textured paint and stone EIFS exterior.
The building will be constructed using tilt-up construction, and is expected to be finished in the summer of 2007. It is located at 2830 West Interstate 20 near the intersection of State Highway 360 and I-20. Bob Moore Construction will serve as the design/build contractor for this project; the architect is Avant Design Group, Inc. The Longhorn project is the second Harley-Davidson dealership constructed by Bob Moore Construction.
In January Longhorn Harley-Davidson Owners Alfred and Maritia Keeling held a ground breaking ceremony, which was attended by various community dignitaries including the Grand Prairie Police Department motorcycle officers. The ceremony was also attended by members of Longhorn H.O.G. and dealership employees.

had this project in the works for some time and it's exciting to get the construction
underway," said Curt Hellen, Senior Project Manager for Bob Moore Construction.
"The building will be beautifully finished, a real showcase facility for
Longhorn and their Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Alfred and Marita Keeling are
great to work with; their excitement about the project makes it a lot of fun to
do."
