ROOMS TO GO - Building a Relationship With Every Project - Arlington, Fort Worth and Brookshire, Texas
Rooms To Go is one of many companies that trusted Bob Moore Construction with one project, then returned to us for additional buildings because of the quality and value we provided.
Rooms To Go first tasked Bob Moore Construction to deliver the 851,000 SF distribution center in Arlington, Texas. With 15 football fields of interior floor space, this tiltwall building houses five-level shelving units to store millions of dollars in inventory. Circling the 19 acre facility are 126 separate loading bays.
Based on their satisfaction with the building in Arlington, Rooms To Go called on Bob Moore Construction to build a 35,000 square foot retail showroom in north Fort Worth.
Built with tilt-up construction, the exterior features limestone rock accent bands and a large barrel roof at the main entrance.
13,000 square feet of curtain wall glass spans the front of the building to showcase the home furnishing displays inside.
The showroom provides dramatic space to showcase dozens of room furniture and finishing sets. It features multiple wall segments connected in a matrix of shapes and styles, to create the illusion of single room settings throughout.
Rooms To Come came back to Bob Moore again for the phase one initial construction of an amazing million square-foot super center and distribution facility in Brookshire, Texas.
The warehousing space is designed to support a wide range of product distribution with 172 loading bays of varying sizes. It includes two office pods, paint booths and employee training facilities as well.
The Super Center provides a similar setting to display room furniture and finishing sets as was built for the showroom in Fort Worth.
Outside the front entrance to the showroom is Rooms To Go's 88 foot trademark yellow arch. Massive neon lights adorn the front of the showroom with illuminated art designs that are visible from miles away.
So successful was the Brookshire facility that Rooms To Go called on Bob Moore Construction yet again to perform the phase III expansion on its warehouse space. Completed in 2016, the Brookshire facility now provides 1.5 million square feet of operating space for this internationally renowned home furnishings retailer.
Rooms To Go discovered what many other companies have learned over the years. Companies that hire us once come back again and again because they value the quality, value and professional relationships we deliver with every project.
