Construction has begun in Gainesville, Texas on a 400,000 square-foot warehouse expansion and rail service upgrade at the 40N manufacturing facility.
Bob Moore Construction returns as the design-build general contractor, having originally served in the same capacity in 2013 building the manufacturing facility.
“This is our second project for at the Gainesville site” said Kyle Whitesell, Executive Vice President for Bob Moore Construction. “We are honored that the team recognized our expertise in the industry and asked us to return for this expansion.”
The facility is located just off of I-35 and Corporate Drive in Gainesville, Texas, just a few miles south of the state border. Construction began in Fall 2020 and will reach completion in 2021.
