Bob Moore Construction has been selected by CLX Ventures as the General Contractor on The Grand at Cibolo. The five-building multifamily complex located in Cibolo, Texas will consist of 264 units spanning more than 219,000 square feet.
Larry Knox, Executive Vice President of Bob Moore Construction, said “The Grand at Cibolo will mark our third project with CLX Ventures. After the successful completion of The Grand at StoneCreek, we were eager to continue the relationship with CLX Ventures. This will also mark our fourth entry in the Multifamily sector.”
Cibolo, Texas is located near Schertz, Texas, just 23 miles from the heart of San Antonio. According to the Cibolo EDC, “several other factors make it a premier place to do business: proximity to major urban conveniences; transportation options; a decade of strong economic and infrastructure growth; and a young, highly educated workforce with the talents and skills to help us prosper well into the 21st century.”
The Grand at Cibolo is slated to break ground in November 2021.
