Bob Moore Construction has been selected by ID3 Partners, out of Dallas, Texas to build Valley View Point. Sitting on the site of a former Airport Parking Lot, the speculative industrial facility will stand over 120,900 square-feet on Valley View Lane near DFW Airport.

Demolition of the former parking lot was completed earlier in 2022 and construction will commence in the coming weeks, with a planned 2023 completion date.
