Bob Moore Construction Announces Leadership Changes

Bob Moore Construction announced today a change in company leadership. Tray Hardin, Tucker O’Neal, and Carson Coleman have each been promoted to the role of Vice President, having served in the company as Senior Project Managers.

Tray Hardin first joined BMC in 2012 and has served for 10 years as the company’s go-to Project Manager on complicated projects, including: IKO, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Arlington Logistics Center, and now MDC 50, to name a few. Tray has been an important contributor, and he will undoubtedly expand his contributions in new ways in this new role.

Tucker O’Neal joined BMC in 2020 and made an immediate impact. He has taken on projects for BMC’s core customers, and he has already assisted in winning new business for BMC. Tucker has become a valued member of the BMC team and he will play an important role in the company’s future.

Carson Coleman joined BMC in 2021 to take on the highly challenging Steri-Tek project. He handled the project with excellence, and quickly proved his mettle. Carson brings an impressive track record and has great ideas for moving Bob Moore Construction forward.

In these new roles, each will take responsibility for developing and implementing policies & procedures within a specialized area of company operations. Tray Hardin will focus on Field/Office Communication and Quality Control/Assurance. Tucker will focus on Pre-Construction, Project Start-Up, and Recruiting. Carson will focus on Safety and Project Close-Out.

In a joint statement, President Ed McGuire and Executive Vice President Kyle Whitesell said “we have seen the incredible work these three men have accomplished over the last few years and we are excited to see what they will accomplish in their new roles as Vice Presidents.”
