Bob Moore Construction was the general contractor for a dramatic ] two story operations cetner, office building and call center in Denison, Texas, located just south of the Texas / Oklahoma border in Grayson County. This project was built for Developer CMC – Commercial Realty Group and tenant representative CB Richard Ellis.
The CIGNA office building / operations center / call center was built using tilt-up construction for the exterior walls. The building features a dramatic entrance with a two-story curved glass curtainwall and parking for 1,000 vehicles. The interior is finished in a high-end modern design style, with multi-colored walls and branding throughout the building. The facility includes two elevators, a full commercial kitchen and cafeteria, dining facilities that convert into a large teleconference facility, networked training rooms and a workout room with connected shower and dressing rooms. The majority of the building is comprised of offices, conference rooms and call center facilities for the tenant.
The CIGNA two-story office building/operations center/call center in Denison was the 45th successful collaboration between real estate developer CMC – Commercial Realty Group and Bob Moore Construction in a business relationship that spans a quarter century.
