Lincoln Property Company called on General Contractor Bob Moore Construction to deliver three flex-tech shell buildings in Plano, Texas, just north of Dallas in the DFW Metroplex.
The Legacy III buildings feature extensive windowing all around the structures. These flex tech buildings were created using tilt-up construction, and were designed to house a variety of office, call center, warehouse or light manufacturing businesses.
Bob Moore Construction followed this project with the Legacy IV flex / tech buildings, which added 179,200 SF more of speculative space to Plano for Lincoln Property Company.
