When Mercantile Partners, LP needed a new three story office building, they turned to their partner of many previous construction projects, general contractor Bob Moore Construction. The result was the 106,000 SF office building in Fort Worth, Texas.
The building was built with tilt-up construction. Its exterior is clad in brick with three story curtain wall glass windows. To one end of the building are six drive-through teller lanes for Mercantile Bank.
The three story Mercantile Office Building features an underground parking area with entrance and exit ramps set at one end of the building.
The interior finish-out included a high-end interior for the large Mercantile Bank and an upscale design with extensive marble and tiling for the common areas and lobby.
