Mercantil West is a two-building speculative industrial facility in Fort Worth’s Mercantile Plaza, owned by developer Mark Goldman. The 716,000 square-foot facility, designed by Huitt-Zollars, is breaking ground in July 2022 and is expected to reach completion in 2023.
