Each building is finished with large corner feature entries that face Regent Blvd. The entries have extensive expanses of two-story glass to accommodate office or reception spaces, and the tiltwall panels feature a sandblasted natural stone finish. They include 50′ x 50′ column spacing, a 140′ truck court, ESFR and abundant trailer parking.

A retaining wall and detention pond span the back of the property.

This is another in a series of succesful warehouse / distribution center projects at Dallas / Fort Worth DFW International Airport. Previous projects have included the UPS Air Cargo Facility and the Air CargoCentreā„¢ III and AirFreight & LogisticsCentresā„¢ complex. As with all projects at DFW Airport, Twinrose Regent I & II required substantial coordination with airport representatives regarding environmental and stormwater compliance monitoring. This project was completed ahead of schedule.
